We won't weight

Your body is not like every body
Some bodies carry the blame for biology, but it’s not the full story.1,2 Obesity is a chronic and complex disease influenced by multiple factors, which means what works for one body may not work for another.1-4
If your weight is impacting your health, it’s worth understanding.

You are not alone
Many Australians struggle with weight-related issues that go beyond the weight itself. It’s important to remember you are not alone. Australian statistics show about 2 in 3 adults are living with overweight or obesity.5
A 2025 survey of 1,005 Australians aged 18 years and over, living with overweight or obesity, highlighted the impact weight can have on many aspects of life, from mental health to travel.6
Break free from the cycle
If you're frustrated with your weight management journey, support and resources are available. Our questionnaire helps you understand your weight and health by guiding you through key questions, so you can have a more informed conversation with your doctor about weight management.
You don’t need to wait. Talk to a doctor.
It’s time to replace judgement with empathy, and keep weight and health part of the same conversation. Obesity is a legitimate chronic disease that requires ongoing care and support.1,2
